ERGO™ Light

ERGO™ Light is a simplified version of Integrated Genomics, Inc. ERGO™ Bioinformatics Suite meant to demonstrate the basic functionality of ERGO™. It contains a set of 11 genomes that were part of publicly funded genome sequencing projects. Visitors can browse the complete annotation set for the organisms present in the system and can examine the genome with the complete set of viewers that are found in the full version of ERGO™.

It provides access to a limited set of comparison tools and a small portion of the Integrated Genomics' microbial metabolic overiview so that users may sample how these work on a larger scale. No community annotation functions are provided
